5. RECORDING AND MONITORING DISCLOSURE

By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions, including mouse movements, clicks, and form entries, are being recorded in real-time by third-party services (e.g., TrustedForm or Jornaya). These recordings are used exclusively to document your identity and prior express written consent to be contacted.

6. CALIFORNIA EXCLUSION ZONE

AboveBoardPros does not currently serve residents of the State of California. Our systems are configured to block ingestion of leads and personal information from individuals residing in California zip codes.

Because we do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of California residents, the consumer rights afforded under the CCPA/CPRA and the California Delete Act are not applicable to our current operations.
